Along with the reconstruction of the first school, we have also started a literacy and training program for women in Kikonka in disease prevention, child care and hygiene, sewing and confection…<\/p>\n

It is good to know the work we are developing in this new mission. Itaka-Escolapios has a fundamental role in the consolidation of this Piarist presence located in a very degraded and poor social environment, with many children out of school, some “street children”, many of them in a state of malnutrition and with many diseases (especially malaria, hepatitis and typhoid fever).<\/p>\n
