content_en_us=&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>During the 2025-2026 school year, the Piarist Province of Mexico, through the Itaka-Escolapios Mexico Foundation, launched a new edition of the <strong>Leaders\u2019 Workshop<\/strong>, establishing it as one of the most significant training programs for strengthening Christian leadership, social commitment, and Piarist identity among children, adolescents, young people, and staff. This project, which has been running for over fourteen years, continues to evolve as a comprehensive formation initiative that seeks to address current challenges through the charism of Saint Joseph Calasanz.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond a series of training sessions, the Leadership Workshop has established itself as a <strong>network project<\/strong>, capable of connecting the various platforms of the Pious Schools\u2014schools, the Calasanz Movement, the Piarist Fraternity, Juniorate, volunteer programs\u2026 \u2014 around a shared mission: to form people capable of educating, proclaiming, and transforming reality through the values of the Gospel and Calasanctian spirituality.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the academic year, various experiences tailored to each stage of formation were carried out. The <strong>Kids\u2019 Leadership Workshop<\/strong>, held in Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Puebla, and Oaxaca, brought together elementary school students to reflect on care for our Common Home and promote concrete actions in favor of their reality from a perspective of faith and social commitment.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Network Leaders Workshop<\/strong>, held on November 8, 2025, brought together catechists, volunteers, and collaborators from various Piarist ministries to explore synodality, shared mission, and collaborative work as fundamental elements for continuing to build community.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, the <strong>Junior Leaders Workshop<\/strong>, held on November 22, 2025, offered middle school students a space for gathering around the themes of fraternity, friendship, and Piarist leadership, fostering self-awareness, empathy, and service as the foundations for active participation in their educational communities.<\/p>\n<p>The training continued with the <strong>High School Leaders Workshop Module 2<\/strong>, held from December 12\u201314, 2025, in Oaxaca, where participants explored the centrality of Jesus Christ and the design of service projects with an impact on their schools.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, from February 6 to 8, 2026, the <strong>High School Leaders Workshop Module 1<\/strong>, held in Veracruz, strengthened youth leadership through experiential activities, self-awareness processes, and activities focused on Christian and Calasanctian leadership.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluations conducted reflect a highly positive outcome. Participants highlighted personal growth, the strengthening of leadership skills, teamwork, inter-school collaboration, and a deepening of Piarist spirituality. Among the most significant learnings were leadership understood as service, empathy, the ability to transform reality through faith, and the development of concrete projects for their educational communities.<\/p>\n<p>While areas for improvement were identified regarding logistics, timing, the dynamism of certain activities, and strengthening the in-person component, the overall assessment confirms that the Leadership Workshop remains a transformative experience and a key tool for the integral formation of new generations of Piarists.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of the project coordination team, we wish to express our deep gratitude to the schools of the Piarist Province of Mexico for their trust, commitment, and ongoing support; to the Province for continuing to invest in processes that strengthen the Piarist identity and mission; and to all those who made each of these formative experiences possible. In a special way, we acknowledge the generous participation of the <strong>Piarist Fraternity<\/strong>, the <strong>Calasanz Movement<\/strong>, the Juniorate, the Piarist religious, teachers, volunteers, and facilitators, who shared their time, experience, and witness to accompany the participants on their journey of growth.<\/p>\n<p>Looking toward the future, the Leadership Workshop will continue to strengthen its network, fostering connections between the various Piarist platforms and promoting a culture of leadership inspired by the Gospel and the legacy of Calasanz. The challenge remains to form leaders who do not seek the limelight for themselves, but who place their talents at the service of others, building more fraternal, committed communities capable of transforming reality through faith. Ce projet, qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre plus de quatorze ans d\u2019existence, continue d\u2019\u00e9voluer en tant que proposition de formation int\u00e9grale visant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis actuels \u00e0 partir du charisme de saint Joseph de Calasanz.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de rencontres de formation, l\u2019Atelier des leaders s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme un <strong>projet de r\u00e9seau<\/strong>, capable de relier les diff\u00e9rentes plateformes des \u00c9coles Pies \u2014 coll\u00e8ges, Mouvement Calasanz, Fraternit\u00e9 Piariste, Juniorat, b\u00e9n\u00e9volat\u2026 \u2014 autour d\u2019une mission commune : former des personnes capables d\u2019\u00e9duquer, d\u2019annoncer et de transformer la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir des valeurs de l\u2019\u00c9vangile et de la spiritualit\u00e9 calasanze.<\/p>\n<p>Tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire, diverses exp\u00e9riences adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de formation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es. L\u2019<strong>Atelier des leaders Kids<\/strong>, organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Puebla et Oaxaca, a r\u00e9uni des \u00e9l\u00e8ves du primaire pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la protection de la Maison commune et promouvoir des actions concr\u00e8tes en faveur de leur r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dans une perspective de foi et d\u2019engagement social.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Atelier des leaders en r\u00e9seau<\/strong>, qui s\u2019est tenu le 8 novembre 2025, a r\u00e9uni des cat\u00e9chistes, des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et des collaborateurs des diff\u00e9rentes \u0153uvres piaristes afin d\u2019approfondir la synodalit\u00e9, la mission commune et le travail collaboratif en tant qu\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments fondamentaux pour continuer \u00e0 construire la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Par la suite, l\u2019<strong>Atelier des jeunes leaders<\/strong>, organis\u00e9 le 22 novembre 2025, a offert aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire un espace de rencontre autour de la fraternit\u00e9, de l\u2019amiti\u00e9 et du leadership piariste, en favorisant la connaissance de soi, l\u2019empathie et le service comme bases d\u2019une participation active au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives.<\/p>\n<p>La formation s\u2019est poursuivie avec l\u2019<strong>Atelier des leaders du secondaire \u2013 Module 2<\/strong>, qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du 12 au 14 d\u00e9cembre 2025 \u00e0 Oaxaca, o\u00f9 les participants ont approfondi la centralit\u00e9 de J\u00e9sus-Christ et la conception de projets de service ayant un impact sur leurs \u00e9tablissements scolaires.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, du 6 au 8 f\u00e9vrier 2026, l\u2019<strong>Atelier des leaders du secondaire \u2013 Module 1<\/strong>, organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Veracruz, a renforc\u00e9 le leadership des jeunes \u00e0 travers des exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues, des processus de connaissance de soi et des activit\u00e9s ax\u00e9es sur le leadership chr\u00e9tien et calasanctien.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9valuations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es refl\u00e8tent un bilan tr\u00e8s positif. Les participants ont soulign\u00e9 la croissance personnelle, le renforcement des comp\u00e9tences en leadership, le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe, la cohabitation inter-\u00e9coles et l\u2019approfondissement de la spiritualit\u00e9 piariste. Parmi les apprentissages les plus significatifs, on retiendra le leadership compris comme un service, l\u2019empathie, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la foi et la construction de projets concrets pour leurs communaut\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que des axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration aient \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s concernant certains aspects logistiques, les horaires, le dynamisme de certaines activit\u00e9s et le renforcement de la modalit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentielle, l\u2019\u00e9valuation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale confirme que l\u2019Atelier des leaders reste une exp\u00e9rience transformatrice et un outil cl\u00e9 pour la formation int\u00e9grale des nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations piaristes.<\/p>\n<p>Au nom de la coordination du projet, nous tenons \u00e0 exprimer notre profonde gratitude aux \u00e9coles de la Province piariste du Mexique pour leur confiance, leur engagement et leur accompagnement constant ; \u00e0 la Province pour continuer \u00e0 miser sur des processus qui renforcent l\u2019identit\u00e9 et la mission piaristes ; et \u00e0 toutes les personnes qui ont rendu possible chacune de ces exp\u00e9riences de formation. Nous tenons tout particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 saluer la g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse participation de la <strong>Fraternit\u00e9 Piariste<\/strong>, du <strong>Mouvement Calasanz<\/strong>, du Juniorat, des religieux piaristes, des enseignants, des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et des animateurs, qui ont partag\u00e9 leur temps, leur exp\u00e9rience et leur t\u00e9moignage pour accompagner les participants dans leur cheminement de croissance.<\/p>\n<p>Tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019avenir, l\u2019Atelier des leaders continuera \u00e0 renforcer sa dimension de r\u00e9seau, en favorisant les liens entre les diff\u00e9rentes plateformes piaristes et en promouvant une culture du leadership inspir\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00c9vangile et de l\u2019h\u00e9ritage de Calasanz. Le d\u00e9fi reste de former des leaders qui ne cherchent pas \u00e0 se mettre en avant, mais qui mettent leurs talents au service des autres, en construisant des communaut\u00e9s plus fraternelles, engag\u00e9es et capables de transformer la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la foi. Hamalau urte baino gehiagoko ibilbidea ospatzen duen proiektu honek eboluzionatzen jarraitzen du, San Jos\u00e9 de Calasanz karismatik gaur egungo erronkei erantzun nahi dien prestakuntza integraleko proposamen gisa.<\/p>\n<p>Prestakuntza-topaketa batzuez gain, Liderren Tailerra sare-proiektu gisa finkatu da, Eskola Txikien plataformak \u2014 ikastetxeak, Calasanz mugimendua, Fraternidad Escolapia, Juniorato, boluntarioak&#8230; \u2014 elkarrekin egiteko baten inguruan lotzeko gai dena: Ebanjelioaren balioetatik eta kalasantziatik errealitatea hezteko, iragartzeko eta eraldatzeko gai diren pertsonak prestatzea.<\/p>\n<p>Ikasturtean zehar prestakuntza-etapa bakoitzera egokitutako hainbat esperientzia garatu ziren. Kids Liderren Tailerrak, Tlaxcalan, Veracruzen, Pueblan eta Oaxacan eginak, lehen hezkuntzako ikasleak bildu zituen Etxe Komunaren zaintzari buruz hausnartzeko eta bere errealitatearen aldeko ekintza zehatzak sustatzeko, fede eta konpromiso sozialaren ikuspegitik.<\/p>\n<p>Sareko Liderren Tailerrak, 2025eko azaroaren 8an ospatutakoak, katekistak, boluntarioak eta eskolapia lan desberdinetako kolaboratzaileak deitu zituen sinodalitatean, misio partekatuan eta elkarlanean sakontzeko, komunitatea eraikitzen jarraitzeko funtsezko elementu gisa.<\/p>\n<p>Ondoren, Junior Liderren Tailerrak, 2025eko azaroaren 22an egina, bigarren hezkuntzako ikasleei elkargune bat eskaini zien anaitasunaren, adiskidetasunaren eta eskolapio-lidergoaren inguruan, autoezagutza, enpatia eta zerbitzua bultzatuz, hezkuntza-komunitateetan parte-hartze aktiboa izateko oinarri gisa.<\/p>\n<p>Prestakuntzak Batxilergoko Liderren Tailerra Moduloarekin jarraitu zuen, 2025eko abenduaren 12tik 14ra Oaxacan garatua, non parte-hartzaileek Jesukristoren zentraltasunean eta ikastetxeetan eragina duten zerbitzu-proiektuen diseinuan sakondu zuten.<\/p>\n<p>Azkenik, 2026ko otsailaren 6tik 8ra, Veracruzen egindako Batxilergoko Liderren 1. moduluko Tailerrak gazteen lidergoa indartu zuen bizipen-esperientzien, autoezagutza-prozesuen eta lidergo kristau eta kalasantziarrera bideratutako jardueren bidez.<\/p>\n<p>Egindako ebaluazioek oso balantze positiboa erakusten dute. Parte-hartzaileek hazkunde pertsonala, lidergo-trebetasunen indartzea, talde-lana, elkargoen arteko bizikidetza eta eskolapiaren espiritualtasunean sakontzea nabarmendu zituzten. Ikaskuntza esanguratsuenen artean honako hauek nabarmentzen dira: zerbitzu gisa ulertutako lidergoa, enpatia, errealitatea fedean oinarrituta eraldatzeko gaitasuna eta hezkuntza-komunitateentzako proiektu zehatzak eraikitzea.<\/p>\n<p>Alderdi logistikoekin, denborekin, jarduera batzuen dinamismoarekin eta modalitate presentzialaren indartzearekin lotutako hobekuntza-arloak identifikatu baziren ere, balorazio orokorrak berresten du liderren tailerrak esperientzia eraldatzailea eta funtsezko tresna izaten jarraitzen duela belaunaldi eskolapio berrien prestakuntza integralerako.<\/p>\n<p>Proiektuaren koordinaziotik eskerrak eman nahi dizkiegu Mexikoko Eskolapia Probintziako ikastetxeei, etengabeko konfiantza, konpromisoa eta laguntza emateagatik; Probintziari, eskolapiaren identitatea eta misioa sendotzen dituzten prozesuen alde egiten jarraitzeagatik; eta prestakuntza-esperientzia bakoitza posible egin zuten pertsona guztiei. Bereziki, Eskolapia Anaitasunaren, Calasanz Mugimenduaren, Junioratoaren, eskolapio erlijiosoen, irakasleen, boluntarioen eta bideratzaileen parte-hartze eskuzabala aitortzen dugu, beren denbora, esperientzia eta testigantzak partekatu baitzituzten parte-hartzaileei beren hazkunde-bidean laguntzeko.<\/p>\n<p>Etorkizunera begira, Liderren Tailerrak bere sare-dimentsioa sendotzen jarraituko du, eskolapioen plataforma desberdinen arteko lotura bultzatuz eta Ebanjelioan eta Calasanzen ondarean oinarritutako lidergo-kultura sustatuz. Erronka da, oraindik ere, beren buruarentzat protagonismorik bilatzen ez duten liderrak prestatzea, baizik eta talentuak besteen zerbitzura jartzea, komunitate anaiagoak, konprometituagoak eta errealitatea fedean oinarrituta eraldatzeko gai direnak eraikiz. Izan ere, elkarrekin goazenean, misioarekin bat gatozenean eta gure eskolapia nortasuna indartzen dugunean, posible egiten dugu Calasanz-en ametsak bizirik jarraitzea belaunaldi berrietan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; content_ca=&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Durant el curs escolar 2025-2026, la Prov\u00edncia Escol\u00e0pia de M\u00e8xic, a trav\u00e9s de la Fundaci\u00f3 Itaka-Escolapis M\u00e8xic, va impulsar una nova edici\u00f3 del Taller de L\u00edders, consolidant-lo com un dels processos formatius significatius per a l&#8217;enfortiment del lideratge cristi\u00e0, el comprom\u00eds social i la identitat escol\u00e0pia entre xiquets, adolescents, joves i col\u00b7laboradors. Aquest projecte, que celebra m\u00e9s de catorze anys de traject\u00f2ria, continua evolucionant com una proposta de formaci\u00f3 integral que cerca respondre als desafiaments actuals des del carisma de San Jos\u00e9 de Calasanz.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie de trobades formatives, el Taller de L\u00edders s&#8217;ha consolidat com un projecte de xarxa, capa\u00e7 de vincular a les diferents plataformes de l&#8217;Escola Pia \u2014col\u00b7legis, Moviment Calasanz, Fraternitat Escol\u00e0pia, Juniorato, voluntariat\u2026\u2014 entorn d&#8217;una missi\u00f3 compartida: formar persones capaces d&#8217;educar, anunciar i transformar la realitat des dels valors de l&#8217;Evangeli i l&#8217;espiritualitat calasancia.<\/p>\n<p>Al llarg del curs es van desenvolupar diverses experi\u00e8ncies adaptades a cada etapa formativa. El Taller de L\u00edders Kids, realitzat en Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Pobla i Oaxaca, va reunir estudiants de prim\u00e0ria per a reflexionar sobre la cura de la Casa Comuna i promoure accions concretes en favor de la seua realitat des d&#8217;una perspectiva de fe i comprom\u00eds social.<\/p>\n<p>El Taller de L\u00edders en Xarxa, celebrat el 8 de novembre de 2025, va convocar a catequistes, voluntariat i col\u00b7laboradors de les diferents obres escol\u00e0pies per a aprofundir en la sinodalidad, la missi\u00f3 compartida i el treball col\u00b7laboratiu com a elements fonamentals per a continuar construint comunitat.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriorment, el Taller de L\u00edders J\u00fanior, realitzat el 22 de novembre de 2025, va oferir a estudiants de secund\u00e0ria un espai de trobada entorn de la fraternitat, l&#8217;amistat i el lideratge escolapi, afavorint l&#8217;autoconeixement, l&#8217;empatia i el servei com a bases per a una participaci\u00f3 activa en les seues comunitats educatives.<br \/>La formaci\u00f3 va continuar amb el Taller de L\u00edders Batxillerat M\u00f2dul 2, desenvolupat del 12 al 14 de desembre de 2025 a Oaxaca, on els participants van aprofundir en la centralitat de Jesucrist i en el disseny de projectes de servei amb impacte en els seus col\u00b7legis.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, del 6 al 8 de febrer de 2026, el Taller de L\u00edders Batxillerat M\u00f2dul 1, realitzat a Veracruz, va enfortir el lideratge juvenil mitjan\u00e7ant experi\u00e8ncies vivencials, processos d&#8217;autoconeixement i activitats orientades al lideratge cristi\u00e0 i calasancio.<\/p>\n<p>Les avaluacions realitzades reflecteixen un balan\u00e7 altament positiu. Els participants van destacar el creixement personal, l&#8217;enfortiment d&#8217;habilitats de lideratge, el treball en equip, la conviv\u00e8ncia intercol\u00b7legial i l&#8217;aprofundiment de l&#8217;espiritualitat escol\u00e0pia. Entre els aprenentatges m\u00e9s significatius sobre\u00efxen el lideratge ent\u00e8s com a servei, l&#8217;empatia, la capacitat de transformar la realitat des de la fe i la construcci\u00f3 de projectes concrets per a les seues comunitats educatives.<\/p>\n<p>Si b\u00e9 es van identificar \u00e0rees de millora relacionades amb aspectes log\u00edstics, temps, dinamisme d&#8217;algunes activitats i enfortiment de la modalitat presencial, la valoraci\u00f3 general confirma que el Taller de L\u00edders continua sent una experi\u00e8ncia transformadora i una eina clau per a la formaci\u00f3 integral de les noves generacions escol\u00e0pies.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la coordinaci\u00f3 del projecte volem expressar un profund agra\u00efment als col\u00b7legis de la Prov\u00edncia Escol\u00e0pia de M\u00e8xic per la seua confian\u00e7a, comprom\u00eds i acompanyament permanent; a la Prov\u00edncia per continuar apostant per processos que enforteixen la identitat i la missi\u00f3 escol\u00e0pia; i a totes les persones que van fer possible cadascuna de les experi\u00e8ncies formatives. De manera especial, reconeixem la generosa participaci\u00f3 de la Fraternitat Escol\u00e0pia, del Moviment Calasanz, del Juniorato, dels religiosos escolapis, docents, voluntaris i facilitadors, els qui van compartir el seu temps, experi\u00e8ncia i testimoniatge per a acompanyar als participants en el seu cam\u00ed de creixement.<\/p>\n<p>Mirant cap al futur, el Taller de L\u00edders continuar\u00e0 enfortint la seua dimensi\u00f3 de xarxa, afavorint la vinculaci\u00f3 entre les diferents plataformes escol\u00e0pies i promovent una cultura de lideratge inspirada en l&#8217;Evangeli i en el llegat de Calasanz. Este projeto, que comemora mais de quatorze anos de trajet\u00f3ria, continua evoluindo como uma proposta de forma\u00e7\u00e3o integral que busca responder aos desafios atuais a partir do carisma de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 de Calasanz.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de uma s\u00e9rie de encontros formativos, o Workshop de L\u00edderes consolidou-se como um <strong>projeto de rede<\/strong>, capaz de conectar as diferentes plataformas das Escolas Pias \u2014col\u00e9gios, Movimento Calasanz, Fraternidade Escol\u00e1pia, Juniorato, voluntariado\u2026 \u2014 em torno de uma miss\u00e3o compartilhada: formar pessoas capazes de educar, anunciar e transformar a realidade a partir dos valores do Evangelho e da espiritualidade calasan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Ao longo do ano letivo, foram desenvolvidas diversas experi\u00eancias adaptadas a cada etapa formativa. O <strong>Oficina de L\u00edderes Kids<\/strong>, realizada em Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Puebla e Oaxaca, reuniu alunos do ensino fundamental para refletir sobre o cuidado da Casa Comum e promover a\u00e7\u00f5es concretas em favor de sua realidade a partir de uma perspectiva de f\u00e9 e compromisso social.<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>Workshop de L\u00edderes em Rede<\/strong>, realizado em 8 de novembro de 2025, reuniu catequistas, volunt\u00e1rios e colaboradores das diferentes obras escol\u00e1picas para aprofundar a sinodalidade, a miss\u00e3o compartilhada e o trabalho colaborativo como elementos fundamentais para continuar construindo comunidade.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, o <strong>Workshop de L\u00edderes J\u00fanior<\/strong>, realizado em 22 de novembro de 2025, ofereceu aos alunos do ensino m\u00e9dio um espa\u00e7o de encontro em torno da fraternidade, da amizade e da lideran\u00e7a escol\u00e1pia, promovendo o autoconhecimento, a empatia e o servi\u00e7o como bases para uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa em suas comunidades educativas.<\/p>\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuou com o <strong>Workshop de L\u00edderes do Ensino M\u00e9dio M\u00f3dulo 2<\/strong>, realizado de 12 a 14 de dezembro de 2025 em Oaxaca, onde os participantes aprofundaram a centralidade de Jesus Cristo e a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos de servi\u00e7o com impacto em suas escolas.<\/p>\n<p>Por fim, de 6 a 8 de fevereiro de 2026, o <strong>Workshop de L\u00edderes do Ensino M\u00e9dio \u2013 M\u00f3dulo 1<\/strong>, realizado em Veracruz, fortaleceu a lideran\u00e7a juvenil por meio de experi\u00eancias vivenciais, processos de autoconhecimento e atividades orientadas para a lideran\u00e7a crist\u00e3 e calasanciana.<\/p>\n<p>As avalia\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas refletem um balan\u00e7o altamente positivo. Os participantes destacaram o crescimento pessoal, o fortalecimento das habilidades de lideran\u00e7a, o trabalho em equipe, a conviv\u00eancia entre escolas e o aprofundamento da espiritualidade escol\u00e1pia. Entre os aprendizados mais significativos, destacam-se a lideran\u00e7a entendida como servi\u00e7o, a empatia, a capacidade de transformar a realidade a partir da f\u00e9 e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos concretos para suas comunidades educativas.<\/p>\n<p>Embora tenham sido identificadas \u00e1reas de melhoria relacionadas a aspectos log\u00edsticos, hor\u00e1rios, dinamismo de algumas atividades e fortalecimento da modalidade presencial, a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o geral confirma que o Workshop de L\u00edderes continua sendo uma experi\u00eancia transformadora e uma ferramenta fundamental para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o integral das novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es escol\u00e1picas.<\/p>\n<p>Da coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, queremos expressar um profundo agradecimento \u00e0s escolas da Prov\u00edncia Escol\u00e1pia do M\u00e9xico por sua confian\u00e7a, compromisso e acompanhamento permanente; \u00e0 Prov\u00edncia por continuar apostando em processos que fortalecem a identidade e a miss\u00e3o escol\u00e1pia; e a todas as pessoas que tornaram poss\u00edvel cada uma das experi\u00eancias formativas. Los participantes destacaron el crecimiento personal, el fortalecimiento de habilidades de liderazgo, el trabajo en equipo, la convivencia intercolegial y la profundizaci\u00f3n de la espiritualidad escolapia. Entre los aprendizajes m\u00e1s significativos sobresalen el liderazgo entendido como servicio, la empat\u00eda, la capacidad de transformar la realidad desde la fe y la construcci\u00f3n de proyectos concretos para sus comunidades educativas.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien se identificaron \u00e1reas de mejora relacionadas con aspectos log\u00edsticos, tiempos, dinamismo de algunas actividades y fortalecimiento de la modalidad presencial, la valoraci\u00f3n general confirma que el Taller de L\u00edderes contin\u00faa siendo una experiencia transformadora y una herramienta clave para la formaci\u00f3n integral de las nuevas generaciones escolapias.<\/p>\n<p>Desde la coordinaci\u00f3n del proyecto queremos expresar un profundo agradecimiento a los colegios de la Provincia Escolapia de M\u00e9xico por su confianza, compromiso y acompa\u00f1amiento permanente; a la Provincia por seguir apostando por procesos que fortalecen la identidad y la misi\u00f3n escolapia; y a todas las personas que hicieron posible cada una de las experiencias formativas.
