Paulinus ABOSE _Sch. P_ as president of the Local Chapter, and P. Julien KOUNOU Sch. P. as secretary of the Local Chapter; was characterized by:<br \/>\n-An accurate examination of the actual state and works of the Scholasticate;<br \/>\n-Election of delegates for the Provincial Chapter and candidates for the office of Provincial Superior;<br \/>\n-Planning and submission of propositions for examination.<br \/>\nThe Local Chapter, which had 35 capitulants (among which 4 had active voice), ended with a Solemn Eucharistic Celebration presided by the Secretary of the Local Chapter (P. Julien KOUNOU Sch. P) and concelebrated by the President of the Local Chapter (P. Paulinus ABOSE Sch.
