Paulinus ABOSE _Sch. P_ as president of the Local Chapter, and P. Julien KOUNOU Sch. P. as secretary of the Local Chapter; was characterized by:<br \/>\n-An accurate examination of the actual state and works of the Scholasticate;<br \/>\n-Election of delegates for the Provincial Chapter and candidates for the office of Provincial Superior;<br \/>\n-Planning and submission of propositions for examination.<br \/>\nThe Local Chapter, which had 35 capitulants (among which 4 had active voice), ended with a Solemn Eucharistic Celebration presided by the Secretary of the Local Chapter (P. Julien KOUNOU Sch. P) and concelebrated by the President of the Local Chapter (P. Paulinus ABOSE Sch. Conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e8gles de l&#8217;Ordre des \u00c9coles Pies (R\u00e8gles Num\u00e9ro 366), l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement canonique qui a eu P. Paulinus ABOSE _Sch. P_ comme pr\u00e9sident du Chapitre Local, et P. Julien KOUNOU Sch. P. comme secr\u00e9taire du Chapitre Local; se caract\u00e9risait par : -Un examen pr\u00e9cis de l&#8217;\u00e9tat actuel et des travaux du Scolasticat ; -\u00c9lection des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s au Chapitre provincial et des candidats \u00e0 la charge de Sup\u00e9rieur provincial ; -Planification et soumission des propositions pour examen. Le Chapitre Local, qui comptait 35 capitulants (dont 4 avaient voix active), s&#8217;est termin\u00e9 par une C\u00e9l\u00e9bration Eucharistique Solennelle pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Secr\u00e9taire du Chapitre Local (P. Julien KOUNOU Sch. P) et conc\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e par le Pr\u00e9sident du Chapitre Local ( P. Paulinus ABOSE Sch.
