The Ausolan group, which provides catering services to a significant number of schools in the provinces of Betania and Emaús, is renewing its collaboration with the Itaka-Escolapios network. This year, Ausolan has chosen to focus its financial support on the Anzaldo Boarding School in Bolivia, helping us to ensure that more than 150 children and young people from remote communities can continue their education.
