Yesterday Thursday, January 26, 2023 was held in Bafia, the internal training of COSCABIC Bafia teachers. The various training themes covered were: Integral support for the child, The conduct of activities at school: Organization of singing and games as well as The rights and duties of the teacher from the point of view of law. At the end of this training, only a fully trained teacher will be able to fully train the children and according to the Pies schools this involves the two dimensions: Piety and Letters. This is why an emphasis is placed on education, the personal training of teachers because everything does not depend on the good teaching methodology that the teacher applies but also on the healthy relationship that he builds with the children in his classroom. It is important that our educators understand that everything we do impacts the future of children.
