Interreligious meeting for peace in Vitoria-Gasteiz
On 22 May, we held a space for reflection and awareness-raising on a topic of common interest through an interreligious meeting for peace, with the participation of around 90 people, mostly migrants from the different programmes and projects: OJALÁ, Mueve y Promueve, AUKERA, participants of sUmAmOs mÁs, Trapezistak youth and young people from the Calasanz Movement.
It was a space where the focus of the meeting was the people who are suffering from war in different countries, where it was insisted that there are more things that unite us than those that separate us. The meeting was led by participants of different faiths in an atmosphere of closeness, reflection and sharing of faith through gestures of solidarity for peace. The meeting ended with a sharing among all the participants, where they were able to continue the dialogue beyond the meeting.
