We have obtained ISO 9001 Certification for training

Itaka-Escolapios has obtained the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 certificate for the Quality Management System governing the training it provides at its locations. This certification, which initially covers the Bilbao location, represents another step forward in the organization’s commitment to quality in the services it provides and builds on the certifications previously obtained at the Valencia and Madrid locations.

The certification covers the planning, design, and delivery of training in three areas: vocational certificates and training programs for both unemployed and employed individuals; leisure-time education accredited by Lanbide and/or endorsed by the Basque Government; and Spanish language instruction.

This quality certification represents a very important milestone, as it attests that our activities are well-organized and rigorously evaluated, and that there is continuous improvement in the training we provide. Furthermore, the certification confirms our commitment to maintaining high levels of satisfaction among everyone involved in the work of Itaka-Escolapios.
