Last Saturday, February 26, 2022, the field trip took place in Yaoundé to see street children. They were around sixty, mainly made up of children aged between 8 and 20 years old. Once in the field, we first made a registration because most of them have no identity card or birth certificate. We then did the consultations because they have injuries due to burns and tears with sharp objects; we made bandages and gave medicines (antibiotics and anti-inflammatories) for the wounds to heal. Finally we shared the meal we had planned for them: rice with peanut sauce with beef and foléré juice. We finished the session around 4 p.m. They were proud to receive us and to be with us.
