In Itaka Escolapios Barbastro we work with great enthusiasm and dedication to develop solidarity projects that integrate and engage our entire educational community. We are fully aware of the multiple needs we face in today's society and, therefore, we feel deeply committed to the mission of generating a positive impact through various activities that promote solidarity, mutual aid and cooperation.
Our approach not only seeks to provide material or one-time assistance, but also to foster in our students and collaborators fundamental values such as respect, empathy and social commitment. We firmly believe that education should not only focus on academic learning, but also on the formation of responsible citizens committed to their environment and to the most vulnerable.
Through different initiatives, we strive to create spaces for active participation in which each member of our community can contribute, from their capacity and circumstances, to the construction of a more just and equitable world. Our goal is that each solidarity project is not only a response to immediate needs, but also a tool to educate in social awareness and transformative action.
