AUSOLAN: A School Lunch Day That Fuels Itaka-Escolapios Projects
Once again, Itaka-Escolapios would like to deeply thank the generous gesture of Ausolan S. Coop., the cooperative responsible for school cafeterias in many schools across the Emaús and Betania provinces.
As a further demonstration of its commitment to social transformation and its connection to the Piarist mission, Ausolan has donated the equivalent of one day of school meals for all the children in the centers it manages. This generous contribution, which amounts to more than €12,000 this year, will directly support various socio-educational projects run by the Itaka-Escolapios network in different countries and vulnerable contexts.
The symbolic check presentation took place during a warm and meaningful meeting attended by Gotzone Heriz, manager of the cooperative, and César López, client relations manager, on behalf of Ausolan. Representing Itaka-Escolapios were Igor Irigoyen, General Coordinator of the network, and Jon Sustatxa, Project Management Coordinator.
