Meeting of significant experiences of Calasanz Cultural Centers in Venezuela

Last Friday, July 18th, and Saturday, July 19th, a meeting of the Calasanz Cultural Centers of the Venezuelan presence took place. After about 6 years, we resumed these moments that help us grow and recognize the work that each location (Caracas, Valencia, Carora, Barquisimeto, and Maracaibo) carries out in the search for change, opportunities, and sharing our vocation with those who need and cherish it.

This meeting was about showcasing a significant experience for beneficiaries, as well as for the person who imparts the space, and especially for Itaka-Escolapios. It was a meeting that allowed us to show faces that are rarely visible but that fill the heart of Saint Joseph Calasanz with joy, seeing that his mission is still alive, through these spaces that allow us to pray, evangelize, and educate from the mind, voice, and heart. We are defined by good, kind, and empathetic treatment.
Afterward, we visited the emblematic spaces of the meeting place, the city of Maracaibo, to enjoy the brotherhood that unites us and the charism.

On Saturday morning, all the active areas in each location were presented: Calasanz Unites Us, Forma-T, School Support, Educar-T, and somos + (we are more). The work that each headquarters carries out to reach beyond what formal education can offer is a treasure.
