The Board of Trustees approves the 2026-27 Action Plan
The Board of Trustees of the Itaka-Escolapios Foundation met last Friday, July 3, via videoconference for a regular session, after the meeting originally scheduled for June 26 was postponed by one week due to the recent earthquake that struck Venezuela, which prevented those who were supposed to join from there from participating. We reiterate Itaka-Escolapios’ solidarity with those affected.
Following the welcome and a prayer led by the President, the Board approved the minutes of the previous meeting, spent ample time discussing developments from recent months—including an update on the situation in Venezuela—and approved the action plan for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year. In addition, the consolidated financial information for the Itaka-Escolapios Network for the 2024–2025 fiscal year was shared. The final part of the meeting was devoted to organizing the process leading up to the 6th Advisory Council of the Itaka-Escolapios Network, which will take place in 2027.
We are sharing this information, which includes some of the Network’s consolidated data. All financial information is available in the Transparency and Good Governance section of the website.
