Project Management and Fundraising Team Meeting

On October 16 and 17, the Itaka-Escolapios network's Project Management and Fundraising Team met in Bilbao. The meeting was attended by Jon Sustatxa, Pedro Landim, Rosa Gallego, Pedro Marañón, and Paz Suñer, members of the team. They were also joined by Jesús Marín, who participated in the reflection on the social basis of the Foundation, as well as Igor Irigoyen (Network Coordinator) and Ander Mijangos (Network Management Coordinator), both members of the Executive Committee, who shared different moments of the meeting.

During the meeting, the work carried out by the team over the last year was reviewed and the lines of action for the coming period were agreed upon, focusing on three main areas: coordination and networking, training and support, and progress in the professionalization of the area of member and donor recruitment.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to reflect on the importance of continuing to strengthen coordination between districts and joint work between the areas of projects, communication, and fundraising as essential elements for the sustainability of the shared Piarist mission.
