“A fuego lento” Cookbook from the Llum Project

We have a new international cookbook created by the Llum Project in Valencia! Last quarter, Llum organized a cooking workshop called “A fuego lento,” in which several mothers of the children who participate in the project took part. There were five sessions, each in which a mother taught a recipe from her country, while also creating a space to share her culture through cooking.

Recipes from Venezuela, the Maghreb, Brazil, Senegal... ranging from couscous to meat empanadas, arepas, and meatball stew. We’ve now compiled all these recipes into this book so everyone can cook them. You can download it so you can enjoy them too!
